 What Equipment Do I Need To Do This Program?

What's great about our Train-At-Home Program is that you don't need an entire gym in your basement to do the workouts. If you already have a fully kitted out basement then great, you're good to go. However, our program can be done with just a set of dumbbells that you can curl, a resistance band, and a mini band for glute exercises. If you would like to get the best out of this program, you should invest in three different sets of dumbbells. A lighter set (between 8lbs - 15lbs), a moderate set  (between 15 lbs to 25 lbs), and a heavier set, (between 25 lbs to 50 lbs). Along with a resistance band and a mini band.

 What If I'm A Beginner Or Have Injuries?

No matter what experience level you're at, our team of dedicated coaches will be there to guide you every step of the way. The workouts are broken down with progression and regression variations for you, making a hassle-free experience. During the live virtual workouts, our trained coaches will help modify exercises for you based on your fitness level, injuries, or other reasons noted.

 What If I Miss A Live Virtual Class?

We have a broad virtual class schedule (5:30am, 6:30am, 8:00am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm) spanning throughout the day. If you happen to miss a class, you can just do the workout from your training app. It's the same exact workout, with videos of our coaches taking you through every exercise.
